When she was just ten years old, she lived between New York Chicago San Diego as well as Los Angeles. Andrea had her first successful audition San Diego after she got an agent. Fusco supported the show's premise, by saying "ALF is two hundred and eighty-five years old. He has the ability to drink beer, he's enough. In the years when ALF became becoming more famous, NBC said that Fusco could no longer have ALF drinking alcohol with the kids. This was a negative role of a model. Fusco, who believed ALF was mature enough to drive drunk, was mistaken. The year 1995 was the year he was diagnosed with lymphoma.
